2. Service Terms

a. Booking & Appointments

  • Customers must provide accurate details when booking a cleaning service.
  • Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

b. Access to Property

  • Customers must ensure safe access to the property during the scheduled cleaning time.
  • If cleaners cannot gain entry, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Pets should be secured during cleaning services for safety reasons.

c. Turnaround Time

  • Standard cleaning services typically take 2-3 hours, depending on the property’s size and condition.
  • Deep cleaning services may take longer and will be discussed in advance.

d. Cleaning Standards

  • Our team follows a thorough cleaning checklist to ensure quality.
  • We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, excessive mold, or damage beyond regular cleaning capabilities.
  • Customers should notify us of any special cleaning requirements in advance.

3. Payments & Pricing

a. Service Charges

  • Pricing is based on the scope of work, property size, and service type.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services requested after the initial booking.

b. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

c. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability, and we will do our best to accommodate changes.

4. Liability & Damages

a. Damage & Breakage

  • We take utmost care while cleaning; however, in rare cases of accidental damage, we must be notified within 24 hours.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or fragile items left unsecured.

b. Lost Items

  • Our cleaners do not move or handle valuables. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure personal belongings.
  • If a missing item is reported, we will conduct an internal review but are not liable for losses.

c. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are hazardous.
  • Customers should inform us of any biohazards or conditions requiring special cleaning procedures.

5. Customer Satisfaction & Complaints

a. Quality Assurance

  • If you are unsatisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to address the issue.
  • Refunds are not offered, but we may offer a re-cleaning at our discretion.

b. Complaints Process

  • All complaints should be submitted in writing via email or through our customer service line.
  • We aim to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
